We’ve been breeding for over 10 years and love every minute we spend with our dogs and puppies. We have two rooms in the house that are birthing and areas to raise our puppies, both will have access to outside so when it is nice pups can start learning to go in and out to potty. We have a climate controlled training room with over 500 square ft so we can work the dogs in any weather. We have several large areas that allow all of our dogs to run and play daily; we feel this is important for them to be happy and healthy.

I grew up on a farm in Missouri and we had every kind of pet imaginalbe that my parents would let me have, my Mom also raised Peek-a-Poos which were a Poodle mix. We had dogs, puppies, cats, rabbits, I had a pet racoon that I got when it eyes were still closed and bottle fed. The litters Mama was tragedically killed and we found them. His name was Waldo and I loved him he was the best. We had a pet duck and a pet pig no kidding not a pot belly either! She got hurt as a piglet and we nursed her till she was grown.
I involve my Grandkids as much as I can with our program, I hope that at least one will follow in my footsteps in some way with breeding or animals in some way. They all love the puppies not all love the cleanup though, but they love the playtime with them when we have them.
4 Paws Labradoodles is an Accredited Member Breeder of the Australian Labradoodle Association of America (ALAA) and has been since August 2004. Shortly after joining the ALAA I was ask to be Asst News Letter Editor, then started on the board as PR Officer and in early 2005 I became QA Manager and Breed Standard Officer which is still my current position. I am proud of the Labradoodle breed and the ALAA and it's vision for the breed. (www.ilainc.com) Our breeding dogs and puppies are all ALAA registered.
We choose the best Labradoodle puppies for our breeding program so that we can produce the best temperaments, type, and coats possible in our puppies. This will enable us to produce a more allergy friendly, low shedding coat on our puppies.
